1. After the preposition “to” select a verb in the present form or first form of the verb.

2. 90 percent of reading Fill In the Blanks (FIB) questions are passive sentences.

Therefore, remember this rule

After the helping verb (Is, Am, Are, Was, Were, Have, Has, Had, Be, Been, Being)

Choose simply a 3rd form of a verb with (ed) or 3rd form.

3. A ____(blank) before the preposition “BY” usually it is a passive voice sentence.

Simply put 3rd form of the verb.
